‘My Story’ is an opportunity for you to reflect on what has happened to you.  Your experience may be something you want to keep to yourself.  If you want to share it, it can remain anonymous but the detail will help build picture of what it is like to experience mental ill health, particularly in this area.

You may wish to look at the ‘My Story’ sheet for a fuller description.

If you want to share your Story, you can send it to the project office.  If you are happy for extracts illustrating different experiences to be shared, some may appear on these WebPages.  It may help others experiencing mental ill health and help service providers to develop their understanding of what it is like to be a user of services.

If you want to discuss this further, please contact your SUIW.
