This is a free and confidential instructed Advocacy Service ensuring you’re:

– Heard

– Informed

– Respected

Help to be Heard provides Independent Advocacy for people aged 50 and over in Carmarthenshire who have the capacity to instruct an advocate.


‘Giving You Voice And Control’

An advocate will:

– listen to you, making sure you know your rights and taking your side

– speak up for you and make sure that people hear your views

– ensure that you are treated fairly

– be separate and independent from other people involved in your life like your family or professionals, social workers etc.
