Dance
Zumba: Following previous weeks, we have another zumba routine thanks to ACGC’s Angharad, with some new songs and routines. Enjoy a little energy from our office tonic via YouTube. Click here.
Baby Steps: Baby and parent dance and fun. Usually in Milford Haven, but now open to all as online via Facebook and our other tonic Ashley. Click here

Gwanwyn Festival
The usual May festival celebrating creativity for anyone aged 50 and over has been postponed until October 2020. Therefore, our ‘Run Away with the Circus’ event will now be held on Sunday 25 October 2020, all being well. See our posters attached here ac yma. Get in touch to book and for a little something to look forward to.

Musicals: Andrew Lloyd Webber continues access to his musicals. Tonight and for 48 hours it is  The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall 25th Anniversary Performance! Watch here.
