Our latest yoga and meditation workshops are free to any adults who have experienced mental ill health, as part of our Creative Communities project. There has never been a better time to try out yoga/meditation, whether for the first time or to develop your practice, guided by our wonderful practitioner Jackie, who will tailor these friendly sessions to suit you.
Get involved with our online sessions, starting this month on Monday 25 January 2021, every week for 4 weeks via Zoom. This will be followed by three face-to-face sessions at locations across Carmarthenshire for those who are keen and able to attend. Click here for more information.
