Arts Care Gofal Celf are taking over the old PREZZO restaurant in St Catherine’s Walk, Carmarthen, on 10 to 13 October 2019 to offer amazing opportunities for the public to take part in workshops with our professional artists for World Mental Health Day and that week. Also, on Friday 11 October 2019, we are inviting any groups or organisations that might want to promote their own work to have a stand.

Arts Care Gofal Celf – Creative Communities project in Llanelli

Llanelli Creative Communities, our mental health arts programme, starts back in Llanelli in September 2019. We still have some availability at some of the workshops, so if you haven’t booked your place already then it is not too late.

Arts Care Gofal Celf Write Well project – Autumn 2019

Write Well is back for the Autumn term with a mini creative writing project consisting of 5 sessions: ‘The Writer’s Toolbox’. The project is free of charge and open to any adult who has experienced mental health problems.

Arts Care Gofal Celf Creative Communities – Autumn 2019

Creative Communities is back in Carmarthen, Llanelli and Llandovery, offering adults who have experienced mental health problems the opportunity to work with professional artists in a community setting, all FREE with thanks to Hywel Dda Health Board and Carmarthenshire County Council.
