Are you a mental health carer? Join us for our BIG carers’ Tea Break and enjoy afternoon tea, tips and a chat! You’ll have the opportuntity to sample some wellbeing and pamper activities, get tips at a carers’ information marketplace, and recieve some advice and support on carers’ assessments. The event will take place at the Carmarthen Bowling Club on the Tuesday 17th of May 2016 at 2pm.

PPF Hustings for Assembly elections – 08/04/16

Pembrokeshire People First are holding hustings in advance of important elections. For our members, this is an important chance to get their voices heard. But for everyone who feels vulnerable, or cares about vulnerable people in Pembrokeshire, this is an opportunity to find out what candidates think, and will pledge to do. The Hustings is on 7th April at the Johnston Institute, from 10am – 1pm.

Time to Talk Day – 04/02/16

Having a mental health problem is hard enough, but sometimes the isolation and stigma can make it even worse. But we can all help to break the silence. Talking about mental health doesn’t need to be difficult and can make a big difference. That’s why we’re asking you to take just 5 minutes to have a conversation about mental health.

Arts Care Gofal Celf Creative writing project ‘Write Well’
