Transforming Mental Health Services Workshops

Hywel Dda Health Board are holding a number of workshops for the consultation across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. Discovery in the Dark – Launch

Pembrokeshire Coast National Park boasts a wealth of wonderful places to explore and enjoy. Its stunning coastline offers safe, sandy beaches ideal for families, as well as rugged cliffs and secluded rocky coves. Our Discovery in the Dark project is being launched early next week. Yes I have depression! No, I can’t just snap out of it.

Lack of knowledge of where to find help and social stigma are the prevalent reasons for insufficient and late treatment, so there is a need to spread the word. Therefore, we designed an infographic on depression in the UK. It contains facts and figures as well as helpful resources such as crisis lines.

luest Horse and Pony Trust, in collaboration with WWAMH, is offering ‘Lluest’s Horsing Around Project’ to provide Equine based learning for individuals living with mental health problems in Carmarthenshire.

HUTS workshop is bidding to bag a massive cash boost from the Tesco Bags of Help initiative. Tesco teamed up with Groundwork to launch the monthly funding scheme, which sees grants of £5,000, £2,000 and £1,000 – all raised from the 5p bag levy – being awarded to local outdoor community projects.
