Young Carers Project Worker – 21/07/17

Carers Trust, Carmarthenshire are looking to recruit an enthusiastic youth worker for our new Young Carers Project. The successful applicant will lead and co-ordinate this project across Carmarthenshire to support young carers and their families. The office is based in Llanelli but due to the county’s rurality most services will be delivered on an outreach basis so a full driving license and use of car is essential.
