22.5 hours per week – 2 Posts
This project is established to provide 24 hour shared supported accommodation to six tenants who are diagnosed as experiencing a serious mental illness and have been assessed as needing high levels of support to help with their recovery. The service will be staffed 7 days a week, 24 hours per day with on-site waking nights, sleep-in cover. The aim of the staff team, therefore, will be to encourage and enable clients to reach a greater level of independence over a reasonable period of time, and then to facilitate their move on to more independent living in the community.
