Mind Your Heart

Many people suffering mental health problems would like to live more healthily, but face a number of extra difficulties in making these changes. Mind Your Heart is a project for Ceredigion in West Wales that aims to help people overcome these obstacles and improve their overall health.

Spirituality and Mental Health Network

The aim of the network is to explore ways in which spirituality and religion has positively helped recovery from mental health problems. The project is open to past and present service users, is non-denominational and a belief in God is not necessary.


The TONIC project encapsulates the idea that the sea and the sea shore can play an important role in improving health and wellbeing. The project will measure the effectiveness of using this approach with adults experiencing mental health problems in West Wales.
